  • Custom-made wigs / hair systems: Processing time is 7–21 business days, depending on customization requirements.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within India, depending on the location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to terms and conditions.

5. Courier Partners

  • We work with reliable third-party courier services to ensure safe delivery.
