Return Policy

1. No Return on Custom-Made Products

• All custom-made wigs, hair patches, and personalized hair systems are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• These products are made as per individual measurements, color, density, and style preferences and cannot be reused for hygiene reasons.

2. Ready-Made Products

• Returns or exchanges are allowed only for ready-made wigs under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.

  • Return request must be raised within [3 / 5 / 7] days of delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

• After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Custom-made wigs or hair systems

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear

• Products altered, styled, cut, or colored after delivery

• Minor color or texture variations (natural hair variation)

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellations are accepted only before production or dispatch.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be allowed.

7. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

• Sai Hair Wig is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
